Finally got another one down~~

This time it's another Higa OC, Rui -short for Ruiko. Rui is paired with Kite, and the reason why she has more than Hikari is because she cuts her hair not long after Hikari and Chinen get together which should still be during the series. Kite's confession comes sometime after that. It's mostly Kite confessing because it's at a point where Rui's all moody and a bit OoC, so...yeahhh.... Not sure how else to explain it, sorry~ ;
